I have tried Oral-B toothbrushes before, both battery operated (Pulsar) and rechargeable (Pro Series 5000). I was not pleased with either one and went back to using my old Spinbrush. I did not have high expectations for this brush. I was completely blown away by the new Deep Sweep brush. It is a great design, with a comfortable ergonomic handle, a nice long head that fits comfortably in the mouth and an easy on/off button. The brush head is what really makes this brush special. I prefer longer heads as the other Oral-B brush heads tend to be much smaller and for me uncomfortable to brush with. This new brush head has softer material which does not irritate my sensitive teeth and gums the way the other Oral-B brush heads had. While this brush has a built in timer (I am not a fan of timers since I tend to brush longer than 2 minutes), it is not intrusive. Brushing is a comfortable experience, better than any other brush I have had. I now look forward to brushing because I enjoy using this brush so much. Oral-B has a winner here! A fairly light weight brush that is easy to use and maintain. My teeth feel much cleaner and sweeping pulsations of the brush feel like massages. I recommend this brush for anyone who wants a much better clean without having your teeth and gums being irritated like many of the other professional brushes.
